Ablebond JM7000 electrically conductive die attach adhesive paste has been formulated for high throughput die attach applications, and is used in many VLSI and hermetically sealed packages. Product properties generally will not be reduced by subsequent post die attach thermal exposure, i.e., wire bond, and/or lid seal up to 370ºC.  JM7000 comes in pre-mixed and frozen 3cc syringes, ships on dry ice and should be stored at -40c.  Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.
