Ablebond (Loctite Ablestick 789-3)

Ablebond 789-3 electrically insulating adhesive paste is a high strength toughened epoxy designed for microelectronic applications, including substrate attach and package sealing, which require good moisture resistance.  It has strong adhesion to difficult to bond to metals such as gold, silver, and copper.  This adhesive retains its bond strength after exposure to moisture.  789-3 comes in pre-mixed and frozen 3cc syringes and ships on dry ice.  Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.
