FP4323 Liquid Epoxy Glob Top

FP4323 black liquid epoxy encapsulant glob top is designed with low flow capability that allows encapsulation without flowing beyond the chip and wire bond area.  It is the recommended replacement for FP4401 which will be discontinued by Henkel at the end of 2016.  FP4323 comes in premixed and frozen 10cc syringes, ships on dry ice and should be stored at -40c.  Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.
