Bonding Source offers new products

Bonding Source is kicking off 2012 stocking new products. We now carry Tra-duct 2902, a commonly used Henkel product originally manufactured by Tra-Con. 2902 is a great all around conductive epoxy because it can be stored at room temperature, comes in a pre-measured BIPAX for easy mixing, and can be cured at room temperature. It’s available for immediate delivery with no minimum. We also will be stocking two styles of electrode tips for Unitek light force weld heads. Again, in stock with no minimums. Stayed tuned as we add more offerings in 2012.
New Addition to the Bonding Source Team

Bonding Source is happy to announce the addition of Jo-Anne Wilson to the Bonding Source team. Jo-Anne is a 23 year veteran of the Henkel Corporation, specializing in Assembly Electronics. Jo-Anne held various roles with Henkel including, and most notably, Customer and Product Support Manager where she oversaw the team that led product recommendations, application reviews and customer support.
Jo-Anne brings to Bonding Source her vast experience regarding applications for conductive and non-conductive adhesives, films, encapsulants, and conformal coatings. She draws on a wealth of time working with the Ablestik, Emerson Cuming and Henkel brands.
Jo-Anne will be working directly with you, our valued customers, providing technical support to address your applications and development needs, and general sales support for your production orders. Moreover, Jo-Anne will be actively exploring other Henkel product lines that will be offered by Bonding Source. She will be working full time at our facility in Nashua NH.
Bonding Source is a strong Henkel partner and a value added re-seller serving the microelectronics and RF/Microwave industries. Bonding Source offers immediate delivery of other microelectronics materials, and provides quick turn and production laser cutting of epoxy pre-forms, all performed on site at in super clean facility used exclusively for the cutting of epoxy film.

Bonding Source buys new inspection system.
Bonding Source has purchased and installed a MicroVu Vertex Measuring Center. The vision inspection system is extremely precise in the X, Y, and Z axis. It has an inspection area of 12” x 12” x 6”. Once programmed the MicroVu System automatically scans epoxy pre-forms and provides data for all measurements and highlights any measurement out of tolerance. The system can also be operated in a manual mode.
