Ablefilm 550K epoxy combines high adhesion strength with very good thermal conductivity in a fiberglass supported film adhesive. 550K comes in .005" thick, 12" x 12" sheets and ships on cold packs. Ships today if order is placed by 2:00 pm EST. Bonding Source also provides custom preform cutting of this material.
