Ablefilm 5025E, manufactured by Ablestik/Henkel, has a trusted history in defense, aerospace and RF/Microwave assemblies.  5025E is an electrically and thermally conductive unsupported film, used to bond substrates to carriers and heat sinks.  Ablefilm 5025E meets the requirements of MIL-STD 883, Method 5011.  5025E comes in 10" x 12" sheets and Bonding Source stocks thicknesses of .002", .003", .004". Bonding Source can custom order .005" and .006" thickness.   It ships on cold packs and should be stored at 5c.  Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.  Bonding Source also offers custom cutting of preforms with this material.
