Ablefilm 5020K is a high purity adhesive film with excellent adhesion to gold-plated surfaces, particularly suited for use in hermetic packages. It is certified to MIL-STD-883, Method 5011. 5020K comes in .005" thick, 10" x 12" sheets and ships on cold packs. Ships today if order is placed by 2:00 pm EST. Bonding Source also provides custom preform cutting of the material.
