Ablebond 84-3 electrically insulating adhesive paste is industry proven for die attach applications.  It is ideal for automatic dispensing, screen printing or manual application.  Ablebond 84-3 meets the requirements of MIL-STD 833, Method 5011. 84-3 comes in 1cc pre-mixed and frozen syringes, ships on dry ice and should be stored at -40c. Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.
