Ablebond 84-1LMIT electronically conductive die attach adhesive paste manufactured by Ablestik/Henkel exhibits higher thermal conductivity than standard 84-1LMI.  This high purity, low outgassing paste meets the requirements of MIL-STD 833, Method 5011.  84-1 LMIT comes in 3cc pre-mixed and frozen syringes, ships on dry ice and is stored at -40c.  Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.
