Bonding Source operates from a newly refurbished 3000 square foot facility designed specifically for the storage, processing, and distribution of microelectronics epoxies and materials. We have made a significant investment to ensure that all materials meet the manufacturer’s recommended storage requirements.
Equipment Includes:
- Vintage 2011, Dual Head 200 Watt CO2 laser custom built for the cutting of epoxy pre-forms
- Fully programmable Microvu inspection system for the inspection of laser cut pre-forms
- Three -40c freezers for epoxy pastes and films.
- One -5c freezer for epoxy films and cut preforms.
- Two freezers for cold packs used in shipping film.
- Back Up Generator to guarantee continuous operation of all freezers in the event of a power interruption or failure.
- Sensors on product freezers, connected to Stanley Security Systems for the remote monitoring of all freezers.
- Quarterly calibration done on all freezers.
- Nitrogen Boxes for the storage of bonding wire, ribbon, and Ultimate Bonding Coupons.
- An extremely clean and organized area for the packaging of all material.
- Weekly delivery of dry ice for epoxy paste shipments.
- Coolers and cold packs per the manufacturers specifications.
