Ablebond 958-11 is an electrically insulating die attach adhesive paste that is designed to absorb stresses produced when bonding large ICs.  Ablebond 958-11 meets the requirements of MIL-STD 883, Method 5011.  958-11 comes in pre-mixed and frozen 1cc syringes, ships on dry ice and should be stored at -40c.  Ships today if ordered by 2:00 pm EST.
